BLOCK OF THE SOLENOIDS
Stepper motor, control valve and the movable cone drive shaft mechanically linked to
control the distribution of pressure between pulleys input and output and output shafts.
Pressure from the main highway goes right to the control valve and controlling the rolling of
the cone cavity of the driven shaft. Control valve (or valves of the transmission coefficient)
operates in three modes:
- filling the cavities with oil control moving the cones driving and driven shafts,
- fixing the pressure,
- drained, grazing pressure.
These modes determine the final position of the moving cones driving and driven shafts and
achieve a specified transmission rates. Solenoid "NEUTRAL IDLE / TCC ON-OFF SOLENOID VAL-
VE" (6) controls valve "TCC CONTROL VALVE", this valve when the solenoid (mode ON) HT
fills with oil to lock the clutch at a certain speed. And when the solenoid is switched off
(mode OFF) unlocks the sleeve valve feeding oil into the front of the clutch housing and HT.
