CHECKING THE SOLENOIDS
At the end of the solenoid is a screw with a hexagon, while turning the screw clockwise
decreases volume of discharge (the pressure will increase), while turning counterclockwise
discharge volume will be increased (the pressure will decrease).
In the picture: the unit solenoids and valve block.
1- solenoid "LINE PRESSURE CONTROL SOLENOID VALVE",
2- screw for adjusting the pressure in the main thoroughfare,
3- stepper motor "RATIO CONTROL MOTOR",
4- lever that connects the stepper motor with a movable cone drive shaft,
5- valve "VARIABLE RATIO CONTROL",
6- solenoid "NEUTRAL IDLE/TCC ON - OFF SOLENOID VALVE",
7- solenoid "NEUTRAL IDLE/TCC CLUTCH CONTROL SOLENOID VALVE",
8- block solenoids,
9- valve block,
10- tube with gaskets that hold the valve,
11- strip between the blocks of solenoids and valves.
