                                                             PREPARATION

 

   2ch. - using the "D" oil under pressure enters the cavity front of the piston is closed ball

            valve piston, a compression clutch and transmission of torque. Actually, the oil path

            is not short. The oil must pass between the two seals of the shaft of the planetary

            gear set, to get into the hollow shaft portion of planetary gear set, undergo a 

            transition to the drive shaft of ahollow drive shaft to get into the cavity of piston 

            speed ahead.

            Hence, there may be four places where it can poison oil. Check the compressed air.

            If the seals are good, you will hear the piston stroke and the pressure must be

            kept. If you hear only the hiss of air, then after dismantling will be checking each

            transition seals.

   3ch. - from this channel:

        a).Mode "D" after the lock hydraulic torque (HT) is drained from the cavity between the

            piston and the front wall of HT through the valve "TCC CONTROL VALVE" (valve in

            the right position, solenoid "TCC ON-OFF SOLENOID VALVE" included) in the tray of

            the variator.

        b).Mode "P", "N", "R" and "D" for unlock HT on this channel oil under pressure enters

            the cavity between the piston and the front wall of the HT through the valve "TCC

            CONTROL VALVE" (valve in the left position, solenoid "TCC ON-OFF SOLENOID

            VALVE" off) to unlock the HT. Here, the oil passes between the two seals on the

            second hole of the hollow shaft planetary. On the mechanism with the release of

            the shaft end. Almost at the end of the shaft there is another seal. Compressed air,

            hear the hiss of air in the HT.

   4ch. - channel recharge HT:

         a).Mode "D" on this channel oil under pressure enters the cavity of the pump and

             turbine HT through valve "TCC CONTROL VALVE" (valve in the right position) at a

             certain mode locking torque converter.

         b).Mode "P", "N', "R" and "D" for unlock torque converter on this channel heat oil in HT

             through the valve "TCC CONTROL VALVE" enters the oil cooler. Compressed air,

             hear the his of air in the HT.

   5ch. - contour of the piston drive reversing channel directly connects with the cavity of the

            piston. Check the compressed air when the piston is good, hear stroke of the piston

            and the pressure must be huddle.
